Digital Turf has been closely involved with the Voter Activation Network (VAN) in supporting our clients' use of the Votebuilder system since it's inception. We manage all aspects of the Votebuilder system.
As your Votebuilder Administrator, Digital Turf becomes a part of the team. Below please find a list of services we provide:
- Support – Digital Turf will provide the first line of technical support to all of your Votebuilder campaigns. We will set up a permissions system to allow campaigns to control the functionality that they need, to conduct an effective voter contact program, while retaining enough control to ensure the uniformity and integrity of the data. In addition to addressing technical support question from the end user, we will serve as liaison between the users and the Votebuilder staff. This will allow a quick resolution of basic question and problems, and at the same time will make sure that more complicated problems get the immediate attention of Votebuilder staff.
- Training – Digital Turf believes that the best technical support is training. A well -trained user requires less technical support, and is more comfortable using the software. We can provide both on the ground training and remote training. On the ground training would be limited to twice a year and weekly online trainings would be accessed via remote computer connection.
- Documentation – Digital Turf maintains extensive “how to” documents that walk users through the most common functions available in Votebuilder.
- Data Management – In addition to being experts in Votebuiler, Digital Turf has unparalleled experience in building and maintaining voter files. We provide consulting in the area of data enhancements and management, and work directly with the DNC and the State party to ensure that the campaigns have the best possible data available.
